1. Membership Eligibility:

A. Membership is open to individuals (consultants) and businesses (task owners) who are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation:

A. To become a member, you will need to create an account on our platform.

B. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3. Membership Types:

A. Convida offers different membership types for consultants and task owners. Each membership type may have varying features and benefits.

4. Membership Fees:

A. Membership fees are applicable to certain membership (consultants’ companies) types and will be clearly indicated during the registration process. Membership for task owners are free.

B. By selecting a membership plan, you agree to pay the associated membership fees as per the payment terms specified on our platform.

C. The prices for memberships are clearly stated on our website and may be subject to change with prior notice.[subscription list]

5. Payment and Renewal:

A. Membership fees are payable in advance and may be subject to periodic renewal based on the selected membership.

B. Convida has by default auto-renewal option, your membership will automatically be renewed at the end of each billing cycle, and the corresponding fees will be charged to your payment method.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation):

A. As a customer (consultant or task owner), you have the right to withdraw your membership within 14 days from the date of signing up and confirming the payment.

B. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within the 14-day period, and we will refund your payment within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Right to Terminate Membership:

A. Convida reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at its discretion without prior notice if you violate any of these terms and conditions or engage in activities that may harm the platform’s integrity or reputation.

B. You may also terminate your membership at any time by following the account termination procedure available on our platform.

a. Cancellation of Membership

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your membership with Convida. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please note the following:

i. Notice Period:

1. The cancellation of your membership requires a notice period of three months in advance.

2. During this notice period, your membership benefits and access to the platform will remain active, and regular membership fees will be charged as per your current plan.

ii. Cancellation Procedure:

1. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to Convida for termination.

iii. Effective Date of Cancellation:

1. The effective date of your membership cancellation will be three months from the date of receipt of your cancellation request.

2. During the notice period, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your membership.</P

iv. Refund Policy:

1. As per our policy, we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of your membership after the effective cancellation date.

2. Any membership fees paid in advance for the notice period will not be refunded.

v. Access and Benefits During Cancellation:

1. Throughout the notice period, you will retain access to all the features and benefits of your current membership plan.

2. You are welcome to continue using Convida’s platform during this time.

vi. Confirmation of Cancellation:

1. Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the effective cancellation date and any relevant details.

8. Use of the Platform:

A. As a member, you agree to use Convida’s platform solely for legitimate purposes related to finding projects or hiring consultants.

B. You will not engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activities that may disrupt or harm the platform or its users.

9. Data Privacy:

A. Convida takes data privacy seriously. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modification of Terms:

A. Convida reserves the right to modify these membership terms and conditions from time to time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to members via email or through our platform.

11. Governing Law:
